Moresburg is the Anglo-Saxon name for the village where our head office is located. It translates to "Fortified place on the Moor". The image above is the entry within the 1086 Domesday book.
Perhaps the most famous resident is Mary Boleyn, who lived in Mosborough Hall. Whilst there she had an affair with King Henry VIII before he turned his attention to her sister, Anne.
Today, Mosborough Village is part of the City of Sheffield.
