Developed the HSBC global framework for consuming trusted digital identities in digital onboarding and customer data management.
Launched a new identity product at Barclays which was developed from the ground up in under 18 months. The service obtained certified provider status in the United Kingdom as part of the UK Government’s Verify programme.
Defined the strategy for bringing together digital and branch identity services within Post Office as part of their overall business transformation to grow relevance in the digital era. Established them as the market leader for reusable digital identity.
